gettin’ groovy at the post office

When alone, I find myself silent and loving it. Who knew this chatty, outgoing mama would so need quiet time? Alone time. Time out.

I have discovered I can make it happen just about anywhere. The grocery store, the backyard, the post office. All I need to reboot my tired self is my unbridled body, free from kids and bags and leashes and such.
